Responsibilities
Assist with office administration matters such as warrant cards, security passes, fixed assets, user trainings, etc.
Supporting with admin duties such as data entry, filing and scheduling
Review and streamline current workflow and conduct system user acceptance tests to enhance our system functions
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or related field
- At least 1 - 2 years of admin experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good level of accuracy and attention to details
Comfortable with numbers and analysing large volumes of data accurately
