TCM Physician & Therapist Trainer

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-house and refresher training for our massage therapists.
2. Provide consultation and professional advice on massage services.
3. Test the skills of Physicians and Massage Therapists, establish personal profiles, and record current technique details.
4. Closely monitor the progress of Physicians and Massage Therapists, create a training schedule, and set up an evaluation plan for one month later.
5. Check if the system case records are complete, ensure familiarity with the fee standards, and review treatment precautions.
6. Assist with training sessions for Physicians and Massage Therapists.

Requirement:

1. At least 5 years experience in TCM background and possess extensive knowledge and relevant experience in providing TCM service including Tui Na.
2. Possess relevant certifications or qualifications in TCM or related field.
3. Experience in conducting training and setting up evaluation plan.
