- Ensure preparation/execution/monitoring/continuous improvement of account strategies/development plans/business plans for HiPo Accounts within the Vertical
- Act as escalation level and support conflict resolution for conflicts/stalemates between Sales and Geo/Products/Supporting Function responsible on lower organizational level
- Drive and support Products in definition of industry-specific solutions and corresponding pricing (e.g. identify market/customer needs, collect lessons learned regarding product development and pricing from customers, provide industry-specific expertise)
- Within the Marine solutions vertical:
Ensure acquisition of new target customers and enhancement of customer relationships with the goal to retain and expand HMS business
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customers, define and execute client management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with selected accounts and support HMS team on client interactions
Ensure generation of tender leads with accounts
Ensure contract negotiation with accounts within commercial parameters defined by Product and in close alignment with Products and Geos
Ensure renegotiation of prices with accounts if necessary (triggered by Product; within boundaries given by product)
