Responsibilities:
- Manage contract administration and cost control for mechanical and electrical projects.
- Prepare and review contract terms
- Manage project budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Prepare tender documents and provide cost advice
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, very senior candidates may be considered for Contracts Manager
- Experience with M&E will be preferred
