Supervisor Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop strategic long-range plans to achieve objectives
- Monitor operational performance of both internal and external service providers
- Monitor facility condition and environmental performance and recommend funding level and spending plans
- Provide workplace settings that are conducive to productive work
- Monitor occupant satisfaction
- Train new employees
- Serve customers and meet the KPI as targetted by the management
