Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- To conduct daily routine checks to ensure smooth operations of critical facilities infrastructure within server room.
- Must be familiar with Electrical, UPS system, CRAC, AHU, FM200 and building monitoring software
- Report on maintenance issue and responsible for coordination work with relevant contractors for preventive maintenance, corrective actions and improvement works
- Conduct troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of M&E facilities equipment.
- Able to attend to emergency fault alarms after office hours
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by management
Requirements we are looking for:
- Experience in maintenance, facility and M&E equipment
- Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience in M&E or IT environment
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and drawings
- Knowledge of general maintenance procedures
- Able to exhibit initiative, demonstrate ability to work independently, and cultivate positive team spirit qualities.
- Knowledge of risk assessment and workplace safety regulations
