Job Responsibilities:
- Offer post-sale customer support
- Handle incoming calls, redirect them as needed, or take messages.
- Register customers and notify relevant parties of their arrival
- Ensure accurate record-keeping, manage incoming mail, packages, etc., and distribute them efficiently
- Arrange pickups and drop-offs with chauffeurs for customers
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ level qualification and above
- Preferred experience in front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong organisational and multitasking capabilities
- Customer service orientated with good listening skills
