- Working days - Mon – Fri (9AM - 5.30PM), Alt Sat (9AM - 1PM)
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively
- Handle bank co-ordination, L/C checking and complete documentation & coordination with bank etc
- Coordinate with warehouse and liaise with forwarders to arrange shipments
- Generate invoices and prepare import/export shipping documents
- Monitor shipments to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
- At least GCE ‘O’ Level and above certification
- Familiar with MS Office applications
