Main Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and prepare quotations
- Coordinate with customers and overseas agent regarding shipping activities
- Handle import and export documents
- Handle complaints and data entry
Requirements:
- At least 2 years working experience in related field
- Experience in sea / air shipment procedures
