- Plan, schedule and forecast procurement activities
- To source, negotiate and purchase Construction Materials, Machineries & Equipment for projects from both local and oversea vendors.
- Inventory control
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Generate Purchase Orders promptly & Matching of supplier’s invoices with supporting documents, etc
- Work closely with site personnel
- Perform administrative work and other ad hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- Minimum education qualifications: ‘N’ or ‘O’ level, ITE in office skill or Diploma in any field
- Minimum years of experience: 2 year’s work experience
- Strong administrative and organisation skills, able to multi-task
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently
