- Familiar with PSLE and O level English and Chinese syllabus
- Required to communicate and build relationships with parents and students
- Able to commit full days every Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 7.30pm
- Coordinate with teachers, parents and students on timetabling and other operational, business and admin matters
- Advise customers on suitable courses, having sales experience will be a bonus
- IT savvy and well versed with Zoom, Google Meet and Google Workspace
- Coordinate staff timetabling and manage staff when required
- Assist in recruitment and other HR matters when required
- Able to relief English/Chinese classes when required
- Able to assist in all other ad hoc matters
