Job Title: FA Engineer (First Article) (ID4597)

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.00am-5.00pm
Salary: $3500-$5000
Responsibilities / Duties / Job Description / Job Scope
1. Responsible for First Article (FA) submission of Elastomeric Products.
2. Responsible for the upkeep of the Mould List.
3. Work closely with Production teams, engineering, Quality departments to ensure successful implementation and optimization of our Manufacturing Process
4. Follow up on the First Article (FA) Manufacturing of elastomeric components.
5. Follow up on the Materials, Mould and Fixtures related to FA of elastomeric components.
6. Liaising with Production for the process and tool related issues for First Articles.
7. Collection of Moulding data for FA related to elastomeric components.
8. Follow up on specific tool issues such as mould replacements for dimensional corrections and modifications under FA.
9. Update of the Product Data Structures (PDS) in M3 for both FA and Production.
10. Continuous update of the Product Data Structures in M3 related to process and tool issues.
Qualification / Experience / Skills / Knowledge
• Degree/Diploma with minimum 3 years of experience in Elastomer Products Manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to Materials with knowledge in the area of Polymers/Elastomers/Plastics.
• Exposure to the Testing of Materials in the area of Polymers/Elastomers/Plastics.
• Exposure to the Engineering Drawings.
• Exposure to Quaity systems and Oil and Gas Industry standards.
• Understanding of the relevant product ,ISO,API standards and Quality Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD
