Responsibilities:
- Responsible for site supervision and coordination work
- Assist Project Manager / Site Engineer in the daily execution of work
- To perform job estimations, drawings, site surveys, etc
- Monitor, control and coordinate site work with the operations team as well as sub-contractors
- Ensure that the works are carried out following the project quality, safety plan and contract requirements, including drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- To update daily work done for all jobs
- Delegate the works and control the projects within the budget and schedule
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized University and eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore)
- Conversant with local codes and authority submission procedures
- Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills
- Have good knowledge of common engineering design software
- Minimum 5 years and above of relevant working experience
- 6 days work week due to construction site requirement
