Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
This role will be ideal for a customer-focused and strategic-thinking marketer with experience in developing partner programs and trade marketing activities.
· Develop and implement strategies and partnerships for the company’s key initiatives and projects
· Maintaining and growing the number of partnerships and customer base
· Exploring new or possible opportunities with our commercial partners
· Prepare creative and made-to-measure sales, marketing and business proposals to secure potential partners
· Drive integrated campaigns to build programs for customer acquisition, leveraging on data analysis skills to interpret findings
· Ensuring the fulfilment process for each initiative, you will be working with internal and external partners to ensure the success of the program, including integration of communication, process till fulfilment
· Maintain current knowledge of industry practices and keep up to date with trends to apply creative thinking that will ensure a competitive edge
· Identify areas for improvements and work as a team to address issue while provide solutions for better experience
Minimum Requirements
· Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Marketing or related field
· Client-facing experience, strategic thinking with knowledge and ability to work with partners
· Experience in business development, project management and account management
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Strong team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
· Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
· Some level of proficiency in data analysis to interpret trends and derive actionable insights
