Responsibilities:
• Ensure production workers comply with GMP and hygiene practices at all times.
• Prepare and taste finished goods sensory samples.
• Support raw material batching and pre-weighing verification checks, and immediately report any non-compliances to the Superior/Manager.
• Send daily QC reports to management, ensuring the accuracy of the information.
• Ensure operators and operations comply with food safety standards and SOPs.
• Conduct in-house swabbing tests on equipment, hands, and packaging.
• Conduct in-house air environmental tests.
• Coordinate with third-party labs for air, water, equipment, hand, and packaging swab tests.
• Monitor and report pest activities to ensure good hygiene in the warehouse and production areas. Handle pest control measures.
• Responsible for drawing raw material samples.
• Handle 2nd and 3rd party audits.
• Ensure all relevant documents are in place before production starts.
• Support in-line production checks on CCPs, OPRPs, and product quality. Immediately report any non-compliances to the Superior/Manager.
• Ensure correct raw materials and packaging are used, verify correct stenciling information, and ensure proper changeover/flush out procedures.
• Ensure finished goods samples are correctly collected during production.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within the food industry.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Proficient in using QA/QC testing equipment and methodologies.
