• Liaising with main contractor, consultant and owner for project requirement.
• In charge of material submission, design review and progress claim.
• Plan for site work installation, worker deployment and material requisition.
• Organizing and motivating a site team.
• Analysing and managing project risk.
• Monitor cost estimating, developing a budget and resource planning.
• Managing report and necessary documentation for site progress and completion.
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Designing and signing off on contracts.
• Conducting project review and creating detail reports for executive staff.
• Managing large and diverse teams.
• Workings with vendors in controlling cost and quality of products.
• Evaluate supplier proposal and sub-contractor in compliance with the tender requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers, consultants and customers to handle enquiries and ensure timely delivery.
• Required to work odd hours as and when required, whenever the work need to be done on time.
