Duties and responsibilities:
- Managing all payroll-related activities, including updating the payroll system, leave applications and statutory reporting
- Manage the whole recruitment cycle
- Handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes
- Handle company insurance renewals, including Work Injury Compensation, Foreign Worker Medical, Vehicle insurance
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, such as CSOC and core trade classes
- Liaise with dormitory operators on workers’ dorm matters
- Manage government-related tasks, including MOM, CPF, IR21, IR8A, government paid leave applications, levy waivers
- Execute additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Relevant HR and administration related qualifications
- Experience in processing full payroll cycle
- Well-versed in Employment Act and Income Tax regulations
- Good command of English
