Duties and responsibilities:

  • Managing all payroll-related activities, including updating the payroll system, leave applications and statutory reporting
  • Manage the whole recruitment cycle
  • Handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes
  • Handle company insurance renewals, including Work Injury Compensation, Foreign Worker Medical, Vehicle insurance
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives, such as CSOC and core trade classes
  • Liaise with dormitory operators on workers’ dorm matters
  • Manage government-related tasks, including MOM, CPF, IR21, IR8A, government paid leave applications, levy waivers
  • Execute additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Relevant HR and administration related qualifications
  • Experience in processing full payroll cycle
  • Well-versed in Employment Act and Income Tax regulations
  • Good command of English
