Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Listing Manager to join our growing team. As a Listing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the process of listing our financial services on various exchanges and platforms. You will work closely with exchange partners, compliance teams, and marketing to ensure successful listings and ongoing support for our digital assets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with financial exchanges and other listing platforms.
- Lead the process of listing our financial products on new exchanges, including negotiation, due diligence, and integration.
- Coordinate with internal legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure regulatory compliance for listings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with exchange partners to facilitate ongoing support and collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, exchange policies, and listing requirements to optimize our listing strategy.
- Work closely with marketing and communications teams to promote new listings and drive trading volume.
- Provide regular updates and reports on listing activities and performance metrics to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape related to financial listings.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance platform capabilities and support new listing features.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in financial exchange operations, business development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, exchange platforms, and trading dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with a track record of successful partnerships.
