We are seeking a highly motivated and organised personal assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have a degree and be eager to begin their career in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO
- Manage, organise and maintain CEO’s schedule, including setting up appointments with potential clients ·
- Act as first point of contact between CEO and internal or external stakeholders
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of CEO, phone calls and other form of communication
- Handle travel arrangements (air ticket booking/ visa application/ accommodation reservation/ arranging schedule) and manage all expense claims
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all company processes are handled efficiently and resolve any issues that may arise
- Orientate, oversee and coordinate the work of the maids, including scheduling and assigning tasks to ensure that the tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking are completed
- Perform household administrative work and office support
- Arrange/support family event
- Run errands for Director and family when required
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned
Requirement
- Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of solid and continuous experience as a professional secretary or personal assistant, demonstrating exceptional high-level support.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
- Familiar with Singapore culture, policy, laws and regulations and assist CEO to avoid business risks
- Good personal hygiene and image
- Resourceful, teamwork, proactive, flexibility and adaptability
· Adaptable to the changing needs and schedules of the family, providing comprehensive support as required.
