Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 experience is required for this position.
- Must have experience in level 4 planning
- Must have Working Experience in Primavera P6.
- Experience on Tender Submissions will be an added advantage.
Job Description:
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing Level 2 to Level 4 construction schedule in Primavera, Planning Projects within allocated budget and resources within the established timeline.
- Monitor progress, schedules and plans for new proposals of Projects.
- Prepare progress S Curve, coordinate and attend meetings with clients and contractors..
- Prepare project progress summary.
- Prepares scheduling documents & construction document planning documentation for tender & project execution
- Performs project performance analysis including earned value through analysis of man-hour resources including productivity of third parties
- Prepares progress reporting, developing and updating progress curves and briefing materials as required to measure and assess progress
- Maintain logical schedules in software Primavera P6 to determine problem areas and alert project team to critical scheduling issues
