Customer Service & Support:
- Cultivate lasting relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Promptly address customer inquiries and concerns,demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential stock issues to prevent wastage or product unavailability
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Leverage market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify untapped growth opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our market reach.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in F&B foodservice sales, with a strong background in the poultry industry.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both English and Chinese.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of the poultry industry, including products, applications, and market trends.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
