Job Description:
- Handle full set of account (AP/AR/GL) via Odoo ERP
- Perform month-end and year-end closing
- Assist in invoice processing and credit control monitoring
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Filing of corporate tax
- Compute monthly payroll, CPF submission and year-end remuneration returns (e.g.: Form IR8A)
- Handle bank transactions
- Liaise external auditors, tax agents, company secretary etc on a yearly basis
- Assist in petty cash management
- Assist in regulatory compliance matters (ACRA, MOM, IRAS)
- Assist in cost accounting and budgeting
Requirement
- Bachelor degree major in accounting or professional certificate or equivalent.
- Min 1 years' experience in similar capacity
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
- Proficiency in Odoo will be an added advantage
- Hardworking, organized, proactive and mature
- Efficient in Microsoft Office ; English and Mandarin fluency ; business attire.

- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- No quota for work pass holders.

- Working schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9.00am to 5.30pm
