Responsibilities:
- Clerical duties and general administrative support
- To perform the administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, filing, etc
- Attend to phone calls, queries and emails
- Co-ordinating and managing appointments and work schedule
- Preparation of invoices / entry bill
- Perform ad-hoc and other administrative duties as assigned
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for administrative work and possess

- 9am to 6pm
