We are looking for a Senior Team Manager to be part of our core team to:
- Responsible for Budgeting and P&L of the team (including Technical, Project Management and Operations).
- Full accountability for the team.
- Create awareness and demand for company products.
- Generate service revenue for technical services.
- Ensure profitability of the teams.
- To support team and processes within, including, but not limited to project management, maintenance and support of sites, technical support via chat platforms/phone/email, and training for both internal teams and external customers.
- Serve as a front line technical support, and train, mentor and advise our internal teams and customers on the use of our tools and technical integration solutions.
- Work with various internal and external teams to identify opportunities, provide support for tenders/projects and build training materials to support ease of doing business throughout.
- Establish brand in market through website and local technical documentation.
- Identify and drive process improvements that increase efficiency to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Drive the sharing of best practices and safety procedures across the business.
- Ensure standard work is developed, documented, adhered to, reviewed and revised as appropriate for all departmental activity.
- Benchmark existing team's service levels, develop and implement improvements.
- Keep current on all technical advances in business.
- Handle the product test with the local testing laboratory for certification, FAT, type test or approval.
- Proficient in Autocad.
- Work autonomously to identify and act upon opportunities for specifications, and communicate information internally to help maximize orders.
- Establish and maintain distributor, channel partners, end user, other Collinson Power related companies/divisions, and field sales confidence and enhance Collinson Power's image by developing a trusting, reliable relationship through quality customer service.
- Recruit top talent to help grow team's capabilities. Provide team members' objectives, training and assignments that are aligned with business needs and individual abilities. Provide mentoring and coaching to maximize team members' performance and growth. Leverage customer and peer feedback in providing team members with formal performance appraisals twice per year.
- Support administration such as RMA, quotations and paperwork
- Perform any other reasonable tasks in accordance with instructions as may be requested by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 7 years field experience with electrical/UPS/transformer products in related applications.
- Experience with designing and building electrical circuitry from scratch
- Preferably with 11-15 years of Electrical industry experience in marketing, sales, operational, or support.
- Preferably with experience of managing people

- Able to manage Service Partners
- Able to travel when required
- Capable of logical and original thought with the ability to react coolly under stress
- Have strong problem-solving, attention to detail, organizational, and systematic thinking skills
- Self-motivated individual with good business acumen (Business management, leadership, financial literacy, critical thinking)
- People manager with strong team leadership skills, good interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Effectively manages conflict
- Ability to adjust work schedule to meet management needs and customer service needs
- Able to work well with people across multiple functions and cultures
- Strong written & verbal communication and presentation skills
Renumeration
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $8,000 per month depending on experience
