Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for F&B services and merchandise retail daily operations.
- Responsible for daily operation of ANIPLUS merchandise café outlet
- F&B related matters: Ingredient purchase, QC & Stock count, R&D, creation and implementation of new dishes and beverages, costing control etc
- Merchandise related matters: Merchandise display, QC & stock count etc
- Daily café maintenance and upkeep to meet operational needs, hygiene matters, and safety standards.
- Responsible for part-timers’ duties and roasters
- To ensure proper documentation and procedures relating to F&B stock list and merchandise stock list, work alongside finance team & marketing team for planning and implementation of activities.
- To adopt a customer-orientated attitude. Attend to customers and provide advice on enquires, foods & drinks and merchandise order taking and cashiering for payment process. Respond to customer complaints and questions, resolving issues where possible and referring customers to management as needed
- To assist promotion & events planning and execution
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B/Café, and retail merchandising industry a plus.
- Diploma/Certificate holder in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality management or equivalent preferred.
- Shop management knowledge and skills, Integrity, Exceptional Time management, Professionalism, Entrepreneurial and Innovative.
- Keen interest in Anime and Japanese pop culture or language an additional advantage.
