Job Description:
- Manage daily operations for Linux OS upgrades, Wintel OS patching, MariaDB patching, Maxscale patching, and MSSQL patching.
- Allocate duties and responsibilities, including Change Request creation and patching tasks.
- Onboard and train new hires to understand user needs.
- Collaborate with VPs and managers to improve work processes and SOPs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess SLA adherence and identify improvement areas.
- Utilize automation tools like runVM for patch deployment and workflow streamlining.
- Monitor patching activities and perform post-patch validation for system integrity and functionality.
- Coordinate patching schedules with cross-functional teams to minimize service disruptions.
- Create and maintain SOPs and document workflows.
Job Requirements
- Provide 24/7 shift support.
- Familiar with Service Desk day to day Operation
