Job Descriptions:
- Travel to assigned retail outlets for merchandising purposes.
- Manage daily visit plans to ensure all allocated outlets are serviced.
- Replenish stocks at retail outlets adequately and promptly, implementing First-In-First-Out inventory management.
- Ensure stocks are neatly and prominently displayed on shelves with correct pricing and placement.
- Negotiate with outlets for additional display space or prominent facings as needed.
- Establish good rapport with customers and store managers to secure regular sales orders.
- Support roadshows and sampling setups.
- Provide timely reports on competitor activities.
- Meet sales and marketing objectives set by management.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
