- Assist in organizing and coordinating construction project documentation.
- Maintain accurate electronic and hard copy filing systems for construction-related paperwork.
- Support in scheduling meetings, inspections, and site visits as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, particularly in drafting technical documents.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic construction environment.
- Previous experience in administrative roles within the construction industry is highly advantageous.
