As our Head Hostess you must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills, able to engage with our guests and manage the reservation system. You should be a ‘people person’ with great
customer service skills and the ability to establish guest relations with our guests and moderate online
and offline engagement with our community.
Responsibilities
● Manage Reservation system as per day- to -day operations ,Respond to guest queries/bookings and inquiries in a timely manner
● Provide an excellent service to all our guests, coordinate on special requirements with the kitchen and front of the house team.
● Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews, Resolve customer complaints by conducting thorough investigation of the situation and coming up with the most effective resolution ● Organize and facilitate event orders and coordinations to the FOH / BOH team.
● Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
● Liaise with Development and Sales departments on events and to stay updated on new menus, promotions and events of the outlets
● Manage/ Facilitate events and liaise with clients and external vendors
Requirements
● Proven work experience as a head hostess/ executive
● Experience launching community initiatives (program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter to guests)
● Excellent verbal communication (Mandarin and English proficient in communication & writing) and great interpersonal skills
● Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
● Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels, MS Office related duties
● Attention to detail and ability to multitask
● BS Degree in Marketing, Hospitality or relevant field]
