Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or related fields.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, etc).
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
