Our client is a long standing Bowling establishment in Singapore


Location: Islandwide (Multiple Locations)

Working hours: 5 days work week, Rotating Shift Hours

Monday - Sunday, 12pm - 930pm / 230pm - Closing

Taxi Claimable for closing shift

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Officer at the bowling alley ensures a positive experience for customers by providing friendly and efficient service. This role involves handling inquiries, managing reservations, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly.
  2. Reservations and Transactions: Manage lane reservations, process payments, and handle rental equipment.
  3. Facility Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized
  4. Promotions and Events: Inform customers about promotions, events, and specials; assist in organizing and coordinating events.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and provide an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • GCE "O" Levels
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, reliable, and a team player.
