Working hours: 5 days work week, Rotating Shift Hours
Monday - Sunday, 12pm - 930pm / 230pm - Closing

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Officer at the bowling alley ensures a positive experience for customers by providing friendly and efficient service. This role involves handling inquiries, managing reservations, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly.
- Reservations and Transactions: Manage lane reservations, process payments, and handle rental equipment.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized
- Promotions and Events: Inform customers about promotions, events, and specials; assist in organizing and coordinating events.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and provide an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications:
- GCE "O" Levels
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, reliable, and a team player.
