Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Administrating the day-to-day operations in Facilities Management Department.
- Work functions may include security management, cleaning, landscape, car park system, building defects and repair, etc. and overseeing the fire & safety matters.
- Manage Procurement Administration.
- Regular inspection of grounds to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
- Assist in contract administration, manage, and maintain proper filing records to M&E/facility-related repair and replacement project works, project schedule, work plan, project progress report, and other related correspondences.
- Work with the team to ensure completion of all project work as assigned.
- Assist the team with all operational activities relating to facilities and maintenance.
- Undertake ad-hoc initiatives and projects as required.
- Collation of quotations and report when necessary.
- Assist to review, improve, and implement processes, monitor control measurements within the department. (eg. ISO, SOP, Inventories and etc)
- Act as Company’s Emergency Response Team (CERT) member (Training will be provided)
- Any other ad-hoc/administrative duties as instructed by superior. (Flexible in terms of work assignments)
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Diploma in any facilities related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Renovations experience and M&E experience as well as good knowledge in Autocad, workplace safety requirement and project management would be advantageous.
- Good administrative and organisational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Good team player, collaborative, willing to learn and able to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Able work with various departments.
