Job Description:
- Identify psychological, emotional, or behavioural issues across the lifespan
- Develop and implement personalised treatment plans drawing from an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities
- Conduct psychological evaluations and administer, score, and prepare psychological reports for academic, legal, and formal purposes
- Opportunity to mentor and lead new clinicians in our in-house programs for those who demonstrate capability and dedication
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in Educational/Counselling/Clinical Psychology from an accredited programme
- Doctoral qualifications are highly advantageous
- At least 3 years of experience in providing therapy for children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Experience with both local and expatriate populations, demonstrating cultural competency (preferred)
- Full registration with SRP; registration with AHPRA will be well regarded
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the private sector
