About the job
Being a part of a lean function, you will play a pivotal role in supporting on a wide range of corporate administrative and corporate secretarial matters, ranging from meeting KYC compliance requirements to preparing board papers and annual meetings, and coordinating document signatories and notarisations. You will also work closely with global stakeholders from various functions, i.e. traders, human resources, finance, and legal teams to maintain a collaborative working environment.
This would be an excellent opportunity for junior-to-mid level corporate secretarial candidates that are keen to grow their careers on a healthy learning curve in a reputable multinational and exciting industry.
Skills and experience required
Ideally, you should have a bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of corporate secretarial experience gained in corporate service providers or in an in-house environment. Diploma holders with similar level of experience are welcomed to apply. Equipped with strong communication and organisational skills, you are confident in navigating conversations with global stakeholders across levels and functions.
