Our client is a microelectronic industry leader in design, development, manufacture, sale and support of advanced semiconductor wafer probe cards
Responsibilities:
- Perform soldering & faulty component replacement on circuit boards.
- Involves in parts/components sourcing. Keep track of inventory.
- Assist designers on PCB layout, troubleshooting & tracing of connection/wiring.
- Perform prototyping activities as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Min. one year experience, preferable in Electronics or Semiconductor industries.
- Min. Nitec in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Able to perform components soldering & de-soldering.
- Knowledge of basic electronics & able to read schematic diagram.
- Willing to work OT or weekend when required (OT is payable)
