- Undertake and be overall responsible for project site management, supervision, and contract follow-up works.
- Liaise with client, owner, building management, consultant, design firm, main contractor, sub-contractor, supplier, vendor, and others where necessary.
- Monitor and oversee work execution by company owner construction team, sub-contractor, supplier, and vendor.
- Oversee, coach, and mentor the entire project team under your charge.
- Review project teamwork performance.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment policies and practices, and quality and progress at the project work site.
- Attend project tender site show-round and tender briefing.
- Prepare tender document, costing, quotation, technical and commercial proposal and submit to client.
- Review and approve the Method Statement, Schedule, Claim, Risk Assessment, and Safe Work Procedure for the project.
- Conduct site meetings with the project team and sub-contractors and monitor site progress.
- Attend regular internal and external meetings.
- Prepare monthly reports for management.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
