We are looking for a Manager, Sales - Group (Singapore) to join our team!


As a Manager, Sales - Group (Singapore), we rely on you to:


  • Implement all sales activities to maximize business opportunities and revenues in their specific area of responsibility, to achieve and to exceed the segment goals for the Singapore hotels.
  • Drives group lead conversion to achieve the set segment sales goals and targets for the Singapore hotels.
  • Qualifies prospective clients considering the goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business.
  • Sells all facets of hotels in Singapore. In assigned territory, responsible for rooms, catering, food & beverage and other revenues as set out in the hotels’ budgets.
  • Implements all sales action plans related to respective market(s) and account portfolio.
  • Proactively partners with Business Development team colleagues to source new business from within each assigned market and market segment, generating viable enquiries and converting business always with a view to maximize revenue for the hotels.
  • Works closely with the Business Development team in increasing share from existing accounts.
  • Actively supports and executes group wide sales initiatives, eg. Special promotions, Sales Missions, Business Development Weeks, Business Closing Week, etc.
  • Maintains close liaison with GSOs and STB representatives in assigned territory to solicit new accounts, action inquiries and convert business.
