We are looking for a HR executive with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing, attracting, onboarding and retaining candidates.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate recruitment platform/portals.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the management.
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to workEnsure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.
- Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues
REQUIREMENT
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Min Diploma in Business admin Or HR
- Good Communication skills
- Good Analytical Skills
- Able to work at PSA site office @PASIR PANJANG
- Able to start immediately.
