GENERAL FUNCTION
· Ensure effective documentation and implementation of QMS documents
· Supports any activities that is QMS related
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Control and release of QMS documentation in Document Control Center within the company
b) Maintain and control of document master list and QA record retention master list.
c) Maintain and control the distribution of QMS documentation within the company.
d) Control and Compile documentation for QMS certifications.
e) Maintain and control external documents such as standards, customer documents.
f) Supports and provide documents and quality records for any internal and external audit.
g) Ensure the tidiness and accuracy of documents and/or records before upload into the central control.
h) Control and document changes to new and revised documents via OA system.
i) Create, update and publish quality newsletter for the changes of QMS
j) Conduct Good Documentation Practice (GDP)
k) Perform any other tasks as assigned.
