We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Onboarding and Relations Intern to join our team. This role is crucial for achieving customer satisfaction and building sustainable relationships. The intern will assist in contacting customers, following up on necessary documents, upselling services, and handling customer complaints. Additionally, the intern will help develop communication procedures and guidelines.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication

· Contact customers to gather necessary documents for onboarding.

· Follow up with customers to ensure smooth onboarding process.

· Assist in upselling services and products to new and existing customers.


Customer Relationship Management

· Handle customer complaints promptly and efficiently.

· Work towards resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers.


Process Development

· Assist in creating communication procedures and guidelines for customer interactions.

· Suggest improvements to enhance the customer onboarding experience.


Requirements

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on satisfaction.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
