Sales & Administrator - Corporate

Abilities & Responsibilities

1. Computer Literate, typing & Full MS Office capabilities (No need speed typing, but must know PDF cut and paste)
2. Able to correspoind & communicate in English via emails & Whatsapps
3. Tactful & Manage customer's enquiries, quotations and after job completion
4. Arrange & plan job orders.
5. Understand the process of permit applicaiton for Operations to do work at certain sites.
6. Follow through all the procedures
7. Invoice and follow through payments
8. Ensure invoices are billed accurately
9. Handle operation staffs to perform job orders
10. Team players
11. Able to work Top down levels
12. Able to work with buddy as a team (2 in a department team)

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday 8am to 5:45pm
• Saturday 8am to 12 noon (1st 3 months)

Salary Package & Benefits

1. Applicant with experience in the same business like ours will be offered higher basic salary
2. Salary range from $2.5 to $3.3K and above depend on experiences
