Job Descriptions
- Manage and follow-up on customer enquiries and feedback (email, phone, social media channels)
- Follow-up with outlets on marketing related queries, including membership (weekends may be required to assist with queries at times)
- Follow-up on delivery platform related matters such as refunds, etc
- Maintain database for feedback (Google reviews, etc)
- Support and coordinate with marketing team to execute marketing campaigns
- Oversee and manage partnership campaign deliverables, including post campaign evaluation and recommendations
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- Effective written and communication skills in both English and Chinese to liaise with customers and outlets
- Preferably 1-2 years relevant working experience in F&B industry
- Experience with MS Office including MS Excel, Word, etc
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player
- Must be self-motivated and proactive
