Role:
- Ensure vessels meet required technical standards and performance levels.
- Systematically update and store vessels’ certificates and documents.
- Implement the Company’s planned maintenance system effectively.
- Prepare, arrange, and manage class, statutory, and other vessel surveys.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor dry-dockings and other necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Review and enhance crew performance on vessels.
- Prepare and manage the technical budget for vessels.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Tanker seagoing experience as a Chief Engineer or Second Engineer (minimum COC Class 2 or 3), or at least 2 years of experience as a technical superintendent for oil tankers and bunker tankers.
- Strong integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written communication.
