Job Descriptions:
- Conduct routine check on hygiene audit to improve and maintain good personal and food hygiene, safety and housekeeping standards of the outlets.
- Pest control & cleanliness inspection and co-ordinate pest control & cleaning contractor service schedule.
- Work closely with pest control vendors, mall management and contractor on pest control issues and recommend corrective measures.
- Assist to enforce on food safety and housekeeping procedures in compliance with NEA regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the status of NEA Food Handlers' Food Hygiene Certificates.
- Assist in implementation of 5S System on all Outlets.
- To ensure the proper documentation to fulfill HACCP requirement of some outlets.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- ITE/ Diploma/Degree in Food Science/Technology or related fields
- Minimum two (2) years of hands-on working experience in similar position in food establishment
- Pest Control Inspection / HACCP/ 5S Knowledge is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Analytical with a keen sense of observation
- Willingness to work outside regular office hours
- Able to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, self-motivated and systematic
- Bi-lingual in English and Chinese to liaise with clients and respective associates
- Preferably able to start work immediately or at short notice
