Roles & Responsibilities
As a Learning Designer, you will be responsible for working hand in hand with the subject matter experts (SMEs), project manager, graphic animators, and programmers to create interactive storyboards and e-learning content for our high-profile clients.
This is a role for a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgement and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. You will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process, from conceptualisation to implementation.
The responsibilities include:
- Develop e-learning content that matches with the SMEs’ objectives and requirements.
- Analyse and revise content for learning needs.
- Work with Three Learning’s production team in communicating your designs.
- Create storyboards for media to support learning.
- Perform andragogical research on effective e-learning methodologies.
- Develop materials such as User’s Guides, Instructor’s Guides, and Teaching Plans, etc.
- Assist to develop promotional information and presentations for marketing.
- Develop and design assessments and quizzes.
Knowledge and Skills
The ideal Instructional Designer should have the following:
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work individually and in a team with diverse backgrounds.
- Strong interpersonal skills in both client interactions and team interactions, and a willingness to interact among others.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to use thinking and reasoning to analyse content.
- Ability to develop highly-readable and interactive learning for the intended learning audience.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications function.
- Preferably with at least 2 year working experience in writing training content purposes specialised in e-learning instructional design or e-content writing (applicants with no experience are welcome to apply as a Learning Designer Intern).
