Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with existing customers and acquire sales from new businesses/clients.
- Understand client business needs and objectives and ensure that their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Monitor sales performance and work with clients to increase revenue and profitability.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance and address any concerns or issues.
- Ensure all client information is accurately recorded in the system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and account activity.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new products/services.
- Achieve the sales target assigned by Company.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure alignment of strategy and effective communication with customers.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in corporate account management, sales, or business development
- Preferably have sales experience in the IT industry or other industries expertise
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Required language: English
- Able to travel based on business needs (locally and overseas).
