Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT software and/or services sales, with a proven track record in direct enterprise sales/channels (Enterprise security solutions preferred).
- Demonstrated success in engaging with and managing end customers and channel partners in end-to-end solution selling and consulting services.
- Strong problem-solving, relationship management, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a proactive attitude.
- Regional selling experience and prior experience in selling similar vendor solutions will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business development efforts by prospecting new sales opportunities
- Develop and execute effective customer and channel strategies through direct engagement and relationship building to generate new account sales across the territory.
- Collaborate with channel partners and system integrators to engage with end customers, qualify opportunities, gain buy-in for proposed solutions, coordinate sales proposal submissions, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle until closure.
- Lead sales generation activities to develop robust and sustainable sales pipelines, meeting both personal and team quotas.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, implementation, and service resources (internal and external partners) to ensure seamless sales and project delivery.
