Purpose of the Role
The Engineer, Asset Integrity (Mechanical) will be focusing primarily on ensuring that ARLANXEO's plant equipment is maintained to a high level of reliablity via the proper use of Maintainence and Engineerings standards and codes. Her/his objective will be in the area of continual improvement of reliability in all apsects of mechanical operations, and the management of CAPEX. He/she will also be involved in the establishment of an overall plant equipment reliability program, MOCs, RCAs.
Job Description
- Ensure proper maintenance of plant equipment to support plant operation with high reliability.
- Provide technical support for frontline asset troubleshooting.
- Identify, track and lead bad actor resolution according to management procedure.
- Responsible for asset reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Develop and implement maintenance quality checklist and hold-point.
- Develop asset improvement projects, Management of change (MOC).
- Ability to lead ad-hoc multidisciplinary problem-solving team and drive complex problem-solving initiatives.
- Ability to define maintenance scope with comprehensive and cost-effective proposal.
- Participate and be part of organization HSSEQ culture and initiatives.
- Strong team player and provide support to achieve organization's business goal.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years’ of maintenance experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry or Diploma holder with 5 years’ maintenance experience Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry preferred.
- Good conceptual knowledge on design and maintenance of both Static & Rotating Equipments.
- Good conceptual knowledge of Industrial standards such as API, ASME etc. for both Rotating & Static Equipment.
- Familiar with PI, Microsoft Office, Project, Outlook and SAP systems.
- Self-confident and able to work independently with minimum supervision but also, a good team player.
- Good interpersonal, analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
