Duties and responsibilities:
1. Identify and recruit necessary professionals for the project, such as tunnel engineer, safety coordinator.
2. Develop recruitment plans, post job advertisements, screen resumes, arrange interviews, and conduct background checks.
3. Arrange necessary training and courses for employees to enhance their skills and ensure they are capable of performing their duties.
4. Manage the attendance of employees
5. Manage and provide employee benefits, including insurance, leave, health check-ups, medical care, etc.
6. Handle employee complaints and disputes to maintain a positive work environment and foster teamwork.
7. Promote communication and interaction between employees and management.
8. Ensure project operations comply with Singapore labor laws and related regulations.
9. Handle labor disputes
10. Accurately and efficiently manage payroll processes. Continuously improve payroll administration processes to ensure timely and compliance to payroll distribution.
11. Handle work pass for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with immigration and labor regulations.
12. Complete other tasks or related work as assigned by management.
Job requirement:
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years' HR management experience in the construction industry.
3. Deep understanding of HR best practices and relevant MOM / BCA laws and policies.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
5. Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. Able to start work within 2 weeks notice is preferred
7. Able to work at Elias / Pasir Ris is preferred
