Position Overview: We are seeking a Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our technical team, performing on-site troubleshooting, and contributing to the testing of new products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the technical team with various tasks and projects.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
- Assist in the testing and evaluation of new products.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve support for both existing and subsidiary companies.
- Provide 24/7 support, including holidays, through WhatsApp groups.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technician or similar role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to provide on site support 24/7, including holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with UPS systems and energy solutions.
- Familiarity with Power Solutions products and services.
